We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange by contacting us at support@deron.co.in or by reaching out to us on WhatsApp.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your request meets the following criteria:

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery on mail or email provided.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags, yellow tag, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Sale items cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged.

2. Return & Exchange Process

We’ve made it quick and easy to request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp – [Click Here] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Our team will verify the details and assist you with the reverse pickup (if applicable).

  • Please pack the item securely, along with the original invoice.

  • Once the product passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

3. Return & Pickup Charges

  • A standard ₹120 will be deducted for reverse pickup and processing.

  • For heavier garments (e.g., jackets), the charge may range between ₹250–₹350, depending on courier rates.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued in 7–10 business days after approval.

  • If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll suggest alternate options.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that the following items are not eligible:

  • Used, washed, unaltered or damaged products or broken yellow security and hang tags.

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Sale items (eligible only for exchange, not refund)
