1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your request meets the following criteria:

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery on mail or email provided.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with all tags, yellow tag, packaging, and labels intact.
- Sale items cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged.
2. Return & Exchange Process
We’ve made it quick and easy to request a return or exchange:

Our team will verify the details and assist you with the reverse pickup (if applicable).

Please pack the item securely, along with the original invoice.

Once the product passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Return & Pickup Charges

A standard ₹120 will be deducted for reverse pickup and processing.

For heavier garments (e.g., jackets), the charge may range between ₹250–₹350, depending on courier rates.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued in 7–10 business days after approval.

If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll suggest alternate options.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Please note that the following items are not eligible:

Used, washed, unaltered or damaged products or broken yellow security and hang tags.

Items without original tags or packaging

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Sale items (eligible only for exchange, not refund)
